Events

  • The opening function for NT Expo’ 95.
  • Co-ordination of accommodation for the large contingent of Indonesians who attended NT Expo 1993.
  • Social events associated with each of the conferences mentioned above which have been held at the conference venue and in some cases off-site.
  • Delfin Christmas Party for the children of Palmerston, December 1999. Our role was to coordinate and organise entertainers i.e. fairies, jumping castle, face painting, Santa Clause along with catering, decorations and a horse & carriage rides. 300 + children attended this event.
  • Assisted the Variety Club of Queensland in organising their events in Darwin on 16 and 17 August 1996 and organised their luncheon for over 510 guests at the Aviation Heritage Centre.
  • Organisation of the “Great Heart Debate” a charity fundraising event for the Heart Foundation (NT Division), May 1998.
  • Organisation of “Cardiac Arrest” a mock trial, dinner, raffle and an auction as part of the fundraising activities for the Heart Foundation (NT Division), October 1998.
  • 1998 Australian Quality Awards for Business Excellence - Presentation of the Awards for the Northern Territory at a Gala Dinner, November ‘98. This also consisted of a national link-up of the Awards Presentations around Australia and live Internet broadcast.
  • The Government House Foundation Inaugural Dinner at Government House, June 1999 for 226 guests. This included putting forward our creative ideas on the shape of the function and the writing of tender documents to source service providers and the creation of performance standards for those service providers chosen to assist with the organisation and coordination of the night.
  • Organisation of the Tiwi Island Training and Employment Board, Graduation Ceremony October 2002, Nguiu, Bathurst Island, NT.
  • Organisation of the “Great Moments in Rugby Breakfast” to coincide with the start of the Rugby World Cup October 2003.
  • “State of the Territory Address” for the NT Chapter of the Property Council of Australia December 2003.
